This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation in Centennial Youth Lacrosse programming  and submit payment. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.  Following the completion of this registration, your form of payment will be charged.

In order to register and participate in Centennial Youth Lacrosse programs, you must first register and purchase a membership with USA Lacrosse for your player. Once complete, please return to this registration session to continue sign up with Centennial Youth Lacrosse.  If you have not already signed up with USA Lacrosse, please follow these steps:

Step 1:  Obtain current USA Lacrosse membership

• IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CURRENT USA LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP:  CLICK HERE to go to USA Lacrosse Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Lacrosse. Each player must have their own unique USA Lacrosse confirmation number.
• TO LOOK UP/RENEW A USA LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP:  CLICK HERE to go to USA Lacrosse Membership Lookup. Please note: Your player's membership must be valid through August 31, 2024.

Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Lacrosse Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.

USA Lacrosse has recommended the adoption of "Age-based Segmentation" starting in 2017.  In the past, GNLL and MSLAX have not been a proponent of change because it did not have a clear delineation between youth and high school.  There was always confusion about what to do with boys and girls in ninth grade.  The new program is now a clear-cut division with 14U designated as youth and anything over 14U is high school.  Since we do not have enough boys and girls for single-based levels (i.e. 10U, 11U, 12U, 13U, etc.) we are following the recommendation of even-year grouping (8U, 10U, 12U, and 14U) that USA Lacrosse recommended. 

USA LACROSSE AGE SEGMENTATION:

Please register your player by BIRTHDATE for the division of play as specified below:

Levels for 2024 are as follows:

8U - Born between 09/01/2015 and 08/31/2017

10U – Born between 9/1/2013 – 8/31/2015

12U – Born between 9/1/2011 – 8/31/2013

14U – Born between 6/1/2009* – 8/31/2011

*The extended age cut-off date (June 1) for 14U league play applies to players who have not yet entered 9th grade.  Players who have begun high school cannot play at the youth level. 

*Exception requires a waiver.
